At Verseau, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- Returned with any original tags and packaging where possible
Items returned in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or the incorrect item was received.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Verseau cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and, where applicable, the packaging
We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or colour, please return your original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order through our website.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been:
- Worn
- Washed
- Damaged after delivery
- Altered in any way
- Returned without prior contact where the return cannot be identified
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
